I harp on about sportsmanship constantly with my kid. The ADHD makes them feel terrible unless they're always winning, and we work on that a lot.

Most of us have ADHD, I just have APD and can't process crosstalk
In my family, or...?
Yep. I always plan to do more skill transfer and help them get to my level, but it's hard to pick moments where talking won't distract them. I have a hard time splitting attention, and they have a hard time focusing at all, so 😑
My kid used to complain that I win at Mario Kart too much. I told him "I've been playing it since like 1993, it would be really weird if I wasn't better at it than you." His eyebrows shot through the roof at that
It's like a mental problem, I'm glad I never caught the sports bug
Yeah lol but I'm inviting every homeless person in town to dinner

TOS can't protect a company from legal requirements, and I'm not clear on what the legal requirements are in terms of safeguarding and content moderation but my initial hunch is that they're very lackluster. I hope that the suit will bring attention to this issue with legislative bodies, but I suspect that's the most that can be realistically hoped for.
