Most people on their phones use the default browser, either Chrome or whatever Chromium-based the manufacturer includes. But otherwise it's the browser included with the Facebook app, as some are literally locked into the Facebook-and-Youtube walled garden.

Given the horrifying dashcam footage, that doesn't seem to keep some of their citizens on cars or trucks from plowing into other cars or people.
I don't know who are they, but they could just curate their online experience by looking for something that is actually organic and genuine, and drop their anchors on that.
