Yeah absolutely, and the more proof of what we know that we can gather, the less manoeuvring they can do to get around it. Corruption can't exist blatantly or they wouldn't invest so much in propaganda. It's certainly does exist blatantly, but then it's about a power struggle. Ultimately they need 'us' (collectively not individually) to engage to a degree, to say the benefits outweigh the costs. To keep using Facebook because the algorithms have caused addiction and our friends are on there. If anything overpowers that drive, and we all collectively turn away. They cease to exist. I mean obviously that's why they try so desperately to intricate themselves in politics and weapons, an oroborous.

We need this information, collectively. We need society wide disgust.

I agree but disagree, so far as I've noticed, the only thing you really have control over, when raising little people to be big people, is if they do or don't have trauma. Weirdly enough, they're like their whole own person and mostly nothing like you, from day dot, and the bits that are like you, they'll try to snuff out, because ew parents, lame, or something. Probably doesn't help that I'm a massive goof. There's no controlling, there's just walking along side, and helping them with the hard bits. It's pure chaos. My favourite thing.

Absolutely, all of this. I cancelled Netflix, in part because it had become impossible to navigate, it's a junk box. You could be scrolling for hours looking for something inspiring you to watch it, nothing. Everything they make is bland, basic and sanitised, like what Disney did to family movies, it's torture to watch, so unengaging. (Plus all the evil, and price rises, so it was easy to leave).

Ooh, same. And I can viscerally feel the seats and dash etc. The weight of the wheel when you sit and bounce on the springy seats trying to turn the wheel from side to side, and it's so heavy. The creaking squeak sound of the windows as you turn the handle. The great thunk of the door, with it's steel weight and loud creak. My dad owned one of these for a small time when I was a kid, because he's a car enthusiast. There were no seatbelts in the back, so us 3 kids thought it was hilarious to slide all the way to each side of the car (mostly uncontrollably, but with added emphasis) every time it turned a corner. Dad didn't own the car long. No idea why. I remember him getting quite frustrated with us, but we were having so much fun we just laughed. I think he gave up on getting through to us. But don't feel bad for poor Dad, he goes on to invest and enjoy some marvellous cars over the coming decades, including helping his son, the youngest of us all, become a race car driver, coincidentally, of an older car model.
