I had no idea there were so many good native mobile games. Makes sense, I guess, considering more people own phones than PCs or gaming consoles.

The only streaming platform I sub to is Dropout and I happily do it. I believe I stumbled upon Breaking News first, watched first season or so on the high seas. I was in tears from laughing and I've been subbed ever since. Great value for the money, imo.

Plenty of that stuff in Europe, too. My mother's custom made kitchen has quite inconvenient shelves in that corner, but at least the space is used. OTOH, we're buying a kitchen and the standard is to just have nothing there. Seems like one has to specifically request shelves or a lazy Susan type mechanism.

We're moving to a new place and buying a kitchen. Stone/granite is so expensive even for a small kitchen. Everything not an imitation is expensive, really. Actually, everything is expensive nowadays 🫠

I miss the RGB notification light. I use AOD now, but I'd much rather have the little light back.I haven't seen a phone with one of those in a very, very long time.

Yeah, the Balkans have had aircons since forever for this reason. Meanwhile dumbfuck boomers in Austria are blocking aircon installations because "it's not that bad", so we're stuck with portable versions. Which are louder and less efficient. They also refuse to have split system with central units on the roof which are very quiet, because hurr durr too expensive for only 3 months a year. People are so desperate right now they're willing to vote for anyone who runs their campaign on removing the law restricting aircon installations.

In our office building the A/C is on 24/7 at the lowest setting only in the server rooms. The rest of the offices depend on people's preferences. I think they change filters once every two years which isn't frequent enough.
