The one at work forces me to use Windows and Teams. The one at home lets me tinker with open soirce and gives me the freedom to do what I want.

Hey, could be worse. My bad screen forces me to use MacOS AND Microsoft Teams.
My good screen has Fedora and Stardew Valley.

I work from home, so my bad screen is the same as the good screen.
I work from home. I have two screen.
No touchy bad screen after 5 PM!
Bad screen is when no yaoi?
I take my personal laptop in and have a docking station for it, so the good screens are at work too, but they have to be fairly porn-less and I can't smoke weed AT them which, just dealbreaker.
Now that I work from home and can ssh into my work laptop, all my screens are the same screens. I don’t know if this is good or bad, but my boss is happy with my work and I’m happy I get to use a window manger that doesn’t suck. 🤷
In theory I could do my job from a good screen, because everything is either in a browser or a remote server somewhere. Anything would run better than the POS surface laptop they issued, and I'd surely be more productive and efficient if I purpose-built a workstation with open-source, tailored to what I do.
It will never happen at my company though.
