Yea, if it would have been only the em dashes, I would not have shared it but it was also committed by Claude which heightens the possibility of the text also being generated I think.

Had the same feeling, there are no traces of the original text but there is https://github.com/khaosdoctor/dontquotetheai/commit/7f42249e3734068306775cd51bbe1bf02bf372e6

That is a really creative use of the meme template!

You kinda answered your own question there. Never get why people watch streams on there though. (Except its some kind of planned event. )

Same goes for vibe coded websites. They all have the same Claude Cream and same set of Elements (I believe shadcn!?) At least prompt it to make it look different.

As far as I know the Google Developer Verification BS won't reach Custom ROMs right? But yea in the long run it probably makes sense to make the jump one day or another.

There is https://soundiiz.com/ which works really well even with their free tier. I think I have transferred all my playlists from Spotify > Apple Music > Qobuz > Youtube Music` by now :) Unfortunately it does not help with convincing family members :(

Welcome to the last human holdout on the world wide web.

I believe Boost Has Ads right? Im using Summit by @idunnololz@lemmy.world and its phenomenal. It has no ads and is highly customisable or at least the parts you would want to customise are. Its UI is up to date and feels right at home with the rest of Android Apps. Maybe you can give it a try, or not if Boost works for you. :)

Spotify does that for a while especially for playlists that are played in the background where you do not actively listen to generate lots of plays. That way they do not have to give artists as much money as their own cut they take for themselves grows. If you go through background playlists https://open.spotify.com/playlist/37i9dQZF1DX4Oe8zprVH3z most of the "artists" have little to no background information. If these are also from spotify we probably never know: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Controversy_over_fake_artists_on_Spotify

I do not get the downvotes. We are not talking about wage slaves for amazon here (where it would obviously apply) but software developers for meta. They most likely have tons in savings they could use and with a resume that gave them the current job I really doubt they are out of options. The current job market is bad Im well aware of that, but its also not like FANG turned evil just yesterday. But in the end its also best to not fight among ourselves.

Especially if it comes to security. Hate AI like nothing else but you can't deny the truth.

Linux is open source with all its code public with probably a docent of AI Agents constantly trying out different attack vectors, they will eventually find a vulnerability. It also does feel like there are more critical CVEs in recent times. (there is https://app.opencve.io/statistics but i feel like its too simple and context matters alot here but still).

I think its okey and actually a good thing if the kernel maintainers would have some AI helping them out with that sort of thing if we get a more secure kernel in return.

Engineers are confident that shutting down the LECP will give Voyager 1 about a year of breathing room. They are using the time to finalize a more ambitious energy-saving fix for both Voyagers they call “the Big Bang,” which is designed to further extend Voyager operations. The idea is to swap out a group of powered devices all at once — hence the nickname — turning some things off and replacing them with lower-power alternatives to keep the spacecraft warm enough to continue gathering science data.
