Are data centers loud on the outside? The ones I've been inside were not but they were smaller sites.
We should be asking that IMO. Typically, the courts decide whether laws are constitutional or legal.
I have noticed what appears to be an uptick in the usage of quietly recently. It's like the new "slammed".

I saw a lot from both sides. Some loved it and others were pissed.
There are plenty of PC manufacturers with plenty of market share and they could absolutely build a similar PC for a similar price.
I guess I assumed we were talking new or newer cars.
