Same people who looked you dead in the face and said, “It’s government overreach to require masks!” BTW

Since text is hard to decipher emotion, I always add emojis or emoticons to let others know that I’m in a good mood and am enjoying the conversation.

I don’t really care if the other person doesn’t like it, at least I don’t seem like a sour puss the entire conversation. :-)

I can attest to this.

I recently reached Season 10 and the episodes are not nearly as wholesome/Aesop as the first 9 Seasons. Like, I know Homer is dumb and all, but some of those seasons had him learning to be more accepting of Lisa/Bart/Marge/Apu/etc. In the current season I'm on, I just now saw the first episode that gave me those same feeling. It's the one where Homer and Lisa go to the sensory deprivation tanks and it is Lisa this time who realizes that she was in the wrong and can do better.

I'm not saying every single episode should be like that, but those stand out to me more because they are more than "Homer does something incredibly stupid HAHA".

Just my two cents. :-)

Thank you for taking the time to answer!

I still don't fully understand, but I understand more than I did, and that's all I was going for. Thank you, again! :-)

Just to ask, if it is a game you have already decided you don't like, why even go into the comments to bash on the game and the company? From what I see, you didn't even watch the trailer where it showed you it was a free upgrade.

I'm not trying to attack you here, I just genuinely wonder why you put so much energy into something you don't even care about in the first place? If I don't like something, I don't waste my time with it at all, so I'm just curious to know why is all. Sorry if it comes off as anything other than genuine. I swear it is in good faith!

You can try all you like by being as educational and understanding as possible, but from what I've seen while doing that exact song and dance, is that people don't care a lot of the time. Like, a scary amount of the time.

I still recommend at least trying, but don't expect much out of people who can't think about the next week, let alone the next month/year. :-/

I don’t own one but I think so. The issue the OP here is talking about is they want you to purchase a $10-$20 “upgrade” to take advantage of the better performance of the Switch 2.

Thats incredibly stupid and anti consumer.

Hmmm… price gouging now, are we? Just a month ago I was finally able to get one when they had been out of stock for quite some time.

Watched the recent update on it. Definitely not easy.

Seriously. I clear my cookies on Firefox exit because I don’t want their shit on my computer if it isn’t needed.

This would cause me to see them every single damn time.

This was me. After I "proved" myself to be a "worthy" employee, the raises came. I also work in an environment where things are still pretty old school though, so take that will a giant grain of salt.
