Stupid games, stupid prizes. I'm really glad the gaming community at large is presenting a resounding "fuck off" to sloperators and their plagiarism machines trying to steal the work of actual creatives. It's disgusting, and should be met with sharp rebuke

If you're handy with a soldering iron and know how to read a JTAG port, every chip on the pcb could be lifted and repurposed. Afaik a lot of them use miniature solar panels as power sources, which is absolutely repurposeable if you're comfortable crimping cables. This piece too far from my area of expertise to do more than just speculate on, but I have to assume they have optical components that could be repurposed by somebody with the right skillset too

Plus the ace cashier will be a friendly face when you're back in the store for the 4th time that day, after being sure you bought all needed components of your project during your first trip

Hey, its me. Some people. I spend so much time looking for games that let me get that gambling psychology fix without allowing me to actually bet anything of value on them. Ranked ladders in games are peak, because the rank is meaningless but my stupid brain thinks its worth something so it feels like real gambling to win or lose it
