There are some third party vendors online that ship pre-flashed GrapheneOS phones iirc, but I don't believe there has ever been on with it factory installed.

My impression from the article is that the Motorola phones ship with default Android, but flashing to GrapheneOS is officially supported. So it would only be people who would be flashing GrapheneOS anyway.
Because the law need not apply to the rich and powerful
The people that the ISPs are paying, of course!
So people who don't want it don't deserve to have that choice? This makes no sense
Yes, absolutely correct. I suppose I should say that dependence on LLMs is the problem, more than anything.
I mean, the problem is LLMs. If I were to replace "school" with "biomedicine" or "protein folding," then that would be clearly wrong. However, the AI used in those fields are machine learning models, not LLMs
Capitalism is functioning exactly how it is intended to. The entire concept is based off the exploitation of the majority for the profit of the rich.
I agree, you should always flash it yourself. Though GrapheneOS does have the Auditor app to attest the integrity of the operating system against another GrapheneOS device. It's always going to be best practice to do it yourself, however.
