My current boss is someone who's always honest, hardworking, you can always rely on him, understanding, and I know him and his family for at least ten years. Probably the best manager I had.

Also, I trust he would betray me at a drop of a hat if it suited his interests.

Disagree. Just because you can rely on someone doesn’t mean it’s always a good thing. I can rely on liars to lie to me, and this commenter can rely on their boss to betray them if it’s in their boss’ best interest.

Those Companies are the WORST of all, because they do everything to guilttrip you into putting in more hours and sacrificing your personal life and wellbeing so that the "family" thrives. It's fucking exploitation of people with morals.
