My current boss is someone who's always honest, hardworking, you can always rely on him, understanding, and I know him and his family for at least ten years. Probably the best manager I had.
Also, I trust he would betray me at a drop of a hat if it suited his interests.
Those two statements seem mutually exclusive
Disagree. Just because you can rely on someone doesn’t mean it’s always a good thing. I can rely on liars to lie to me, and this commenter can rely on their boss to betray them if it’s in their boss’ best interest.
yeah, it's possible that a better word would've been "consistent"
But at least he's honest about it!! 😉
