KSF is the world standard for the surf mini game in Counter Strike. It is primarily played on Counter Strike Source and is completely free. They have a global leaderboard where you can compete in getting the fastest times on maps against everyone. It's an incredibly welcoming and friendly community (in my experience). Yeah I mean standard policy for new releases with steam are they don't go on sale for the first 1-1.5 years so that will be a while off.
They will just do what they did with V and release the PC version a year later with multiplayer included for like $40-50 more.
