the benefit is price and reliability, it is cheaper than an employee won't call in sick and only bills for the seconds it works.

they probably are constitutional, but only because the constitution says nothing about tge government buying data from private companies.

this is a fair concern for any politician because landowners are primarily voters, but sometimes politicians need to fo things that are political suicide for the good of what they represent.

capitalism has more social mobility than feudalism

I support addressing their marketing departments, and all marketing departments actually.

at least in the US you only need that test and license to use the car IN PUBLIC, not for usage on your own private property.
