I still only did good work there when I was alone in the office, usually before or after most people's office hours.
Once enough people showed up it just became a daily social event ritual. This was well before covid.

It's all a little fuzzy but essentially the Gros Michel was THE cultivar of banana, but it became susceptible to a disease. It still exists, but can't be farmed like it used to be.
The chemical was developed and likened to the Gros Michel variety in mind for it being called 'banana' flavor since the Cavendish (i think?) hadn't yet replaced the world market as the banana cultivar of choice.

An extended family group chat that was 99% baby photos until one person posted photos of their kids at a protest this weekend and then the chuddy trad-wife sov-cits in the family threw a fit.
They all left the chat and said they'll only be reachable on Facebook.

These kinda memes tend to rely on passive prejudice and ignorance to hit.
I have Wednesdays off so my Tue-Thus is usually something like:
Tuesday:"Oh I can't meet Wed, I'm off. Let's talk Thursday."
Wednesday: Off
Thursday:"Sorry I missed Wednesday meetings, let me know if I missed anything important."
Unless you get me on a Thursday or a Monday, tomorrow's no good.
