Goodness, is that an actual line from the movie? Say it isn't so. I'm no PugJesus, obviously, but I somehow don't think they thought of themselves as living in the Bronze Age or any age. Come to think of it, has ANYONE talked about historical inaccuracies in Nolan's Odyssey, has there been ANY discourse AT ALL? Or are meant to accept that they weren't ecstatic to finally move on to Iron?
It's low hanging fruit and there's already a bunch of chuds talking about historical accuracies of the cast, so it's unlikely going to produce much meaningful discourse.
(Writing and horses were more important than bronze anyway. I think some ~~Brit~~Dane just came up with the metal ages to begin with, and they aren't used with the Americas.)
I know, I was being facetious ;)
But if that is an actual line it's fucking dumb
