The fact that webm is relevant here is undisputed (or so I believe)
If we're talking in terms of vodeo containers (or codecs), then why are we talking about it on a post about webp?
Unless you consider webp to be a video container because it does support animated pictures, but, again, it also supports transparency.
Also, HEVC is not a video (/media) container, it's a codec.

Yes, if I give the screen a lil' kiss with my eyelids I can probably see that the icon has 8 pixels in height instead of 11.
That is not what I would call a "glance" though; I can, however, just glance and see approximately, by looking at the first digit of the number.
