They recently opened a new massive methane cracker plant in Antwerp. Hope to see it go out of business in my lifetime.

It's both marketing and psyop. Prepping the populace for what will soon be commonplace.
That was never the objective in the first place. Blanket surveillance and getting people used to the idea of zero privacy, ever again.
I was the only one cut from my team of about 10 for AI. I had been there the longest (10 years). It's all very transparent, but there's nothing we can do against it.
I already got cut. Lost my 10-year IT job to AI last year. Now I'm working in a factory, packaging waffles 8 hr/day. The irony of me doing drudgery that could be fairly easily done by a machine, while a machine is doing something that requires agency, decisions and creativity, is not lost on me.
I want to get off mr. Bones Wild Ride. Forever.
GTA5 was out for like three years on PC before I bothered with it. I found it to be... fairly mediocre. There's nothing in GTA6 that would make me feel otherwise. I'll eventually play it... at great discount, or not at all.
Willing to bet a nonzero amount of Western journalists/activists' phones are equally compromised. In 2026 you simply have to assume that a smartphone is a 24/7 spy center trained on you if you're of any importance at all.
Spoken like someone who hasn't been fighting for 15+ years with NOTHING to show for it.
I'm just tired. People don't give a fuck anyway. May it all burn down in nuclear fire soon.
This shit is happening no matter who votes what. It's been voted on how many times in the past decade? 5+? It'll always keep coming back until it passes. Might as well do it now rather than later. Same with online ID verification. Just bite the pillow while they're going in dry, it's the shortest pain.
- People who value their privacy (or "have something to hide") have a need of a service that provides anonymity
- This turns said service in the ideal place to start any and all surveillance because your subjects have already self-selected for being "interesting" (especially if you intend to go after low hanging fruit)
- Therefore I must conclude that people using VPNs and TOR, no matter how legitimate their reasons, are in fact advertising that they have something to hide which current status quo is very interested in knowing...
Remember: today it's "just" the Palestinians and you may not be affected or care. But tomorrow, it could be you.
Hey, I welcome any serious competition. Youtube has devolved into a much more censored platform than what we used to make fun of the Chinese for. "Unalive", "grape", and several topics that are demonetized on sight.
