Hopefully since the EU high density desktop/server RAM industry is pretty much nonexistent (as far as I know), they won't tax it to hell.
China RAM vs US RAM, they are both not EU "allies" now so there should be little reason.

Do you think TSA/CBP is going to check the flash data lines to see if the MCU is scanning the flash internally?
This isn't a standard USB flash controller... You would need to break the casing and physically probe it to figure out that something was off as far as I can tell. It's not like the MCU broadcasts that it is scanning to the USB port.
You would have to be hitting the stick pretty hard, not just a normal file scan to notice the timing being slightly too long in a small portion of the scans. The bigger problem would be that the flash drive would be brand-recognizable if it ends up being mass produced that they might auto-confiscate it, and of course the default file that it searches for being known.

Comparing just Belgium and the Netherlands right next to each other. The Netherlands is quite doable if you find a job. Some automatic work visas and then residence based on that depending on origin country
In Belgium literally no company in the country outside of IMEC and Deloitte will go through the extremely long visa sponsorship program (only digitalized in 2022 IIRC). It is pretty much only possible if you have family or a partner that already lives there. Even people studying there for 3-8 years have a few months to find a job or they are kicked out (in a bad job market compared to other countries also).
I don't think Italians could handle a week long game lol.

They have unique digital fingerprints for everyone already pretty much, but they are not linked to official government IDs so there is still uncertainty I think over identification.
This makes everyone's digital fingerprint linked on a government ID. Voila, now every person in America is known by Palantir and the government at all times (more or less). Great for genocide and targeting your political opponents and voters to set up sham elections.
It also tries to stop poors who don't have drivers licenses in America from organizing as they can't verify.

All I see:
Our right to privacy (freedom right pillar) is literally daily being violeted 1000 times over and the most I have ever seen happen is a slap on the wrist 0.01% of yearly revenue fine that didn't change anything. Companies can fuck you over all they like unless you have a 10million € army of lawyers...
Also how is it going in Germany with the Palestine protester that had been locked in solitary confinement (known torture) for 23 hours per day for the past almost year after a show trial kangaroo court where they wouldn't allow even any independent record of the trial inside (violation of both dignity and justice pillars)
There is precious little enforcement of many rights, so we absolutely cannot take them for granted and have to fight for them on every front.
