You would need to make them dumber/more controlled. A dumb phone with unlimited texting is still going to be a distraction.
The problem is that the chances are significantly higher and they only go up with each round of incestuous offspring, which is very likely with royalty.
Also, having a certain genetic trait doesn't mean that the line is immune to other genetic disorders. There can even be a problem where the genetic mutation which causes a benefit can cause other traits which are neutral or negative.

Initial studies have found that AI generally helps either the top performers or the bottom performers of a job/profession. If it helps the top the most, it usually means that the person has to know enough on how to use the AI tools and correct known issues. If it helps the bottom the most, switch fields since it is likely that the AI is going to push your role into whomever is cheapest.
