They do have a stable release, and so far I have not had any issues at all running the server on pretty shit hardware, even with machine learning stuff turned on (as long as ram doesn't run out, which my 8GB definitely did after I added a 10th container app).

TV ads are not acceptable. that -24 limit is pretty useless if the program you were watching is quiet so you turned up the volume. Besides, even if this weren't an issue, no targeted ad is acceptable.
I would install a heat pump if I could afford it (and wasn't renting). Unfortunately I have to make-do with a portable ac that's not powerful enough for my living room.
On my phone I use URLCheck (available in f-droid). You set it as your default browser app, but instead of opening a browser, it opens a popup where you can see the URL, and use some useful tools like removing tracking parameters or automatically rewriting x.com to xcancel.com. The rewritten URL can then just be forwarded to your actual browser (or whatever app is set up to handle that particular URL).
I still won't actually open random qr code URLs though, especially not ones from google.
Do they offer wireguard or openvpn configs? They don't list a Linux client on their website, so I'm not sure if I can use them at all.
