We're already in the safest time for petty crime ever, and flock won't help with America's real issue of corporate crime. Safety will not be affected.

Me when I'm trying to innocently do my job of shocking people in the street but I run out of charge after only 80 minutes (I should have gotten the 90 minute battery) and can no longer harras-- I mean protect people

I wonder how close we are to something that really takes down large chunks of the Internet. Although it's probably more likely for it to just use your computer without revealing itself.
