It's a good idea to know the possible implications of your actions. That's just being reasonable. However, the 4th amendment says police need a search warrant, do there is nothing to prosecute.

Too much for me. People shouldn't be punished just for being an asshole. The way these are presented are they are paired with hate speech to give them credence. Hate speech is something entirely different. Contempt also shouldn't be against the law. It may not be nice or even socially acceptable, but it's not illegal.
