Even having licensed malwarebytes resolves in ads and pop ups from mbam... Might as well just save the money and earn the ads the old fashion way

Yeah but to clarify, encrypted traffic is still encrypted. They can't see specifics beyond the sites you went to, urls, dns queries, etc... to hide that you'd need a VPN.

There are webfilters for all edu devices... Except Windows 11 SE and that's because the hardware can't even run the OS.

But fr... At least Chromebooks are easy to lock down if gadmin and 3rd party filters are set up.

I think it was a comment on the use case for an app not really changing but the resources to run it bloating significantly.... E.g. software running on a computer with MB of ram then and now the app alone requiring GB.

My car has this... Hilariously the sleepy alert only kicks in when I decide to go slower than normal. The "keep hands on wheel" alert kicks off very frequently... Because roads are straight enough for no "input" to be detected
