That sir, sounds like a trap no matter how you answer that prompt.

  1. You don't have Malwarebytes installed and this is an ad to get you to install the app. Boooooo

  2. You do indeed have Malwarebytes installed and infact have 50 suspicious files that need removal. Do you remove without review (yes) or do you contain them first for review(no).

This sounds more like an ad somewhere on someone's newish machine that hasn't removed the bloat software. I would ignore the shit out of that prompt and check if some trial Malwarebytes is installed.

But I'm also some digital entity online, you do you and this was probably just a joke all along.

Even having licensed malwarebytes resolves in ads and pop ups from mbam... Might as well just save the money and earn the ads the old fashion way
