Some reactors can even cool down the river ! This is the case for the Civeau reactor for example, the water released is cooler than the water pump from the river.

For the IPO I think only 7% of the value of the company was for their space related activities (what they are actually doing). 93% of the value was for the non existent AI activities.

SpaceX is now a public company valued for its AI potential, so what comes next?

I think It always been like that in temperate climate.

Growing enough food to survive a year is the easy part, preserving it so you still have food to eat at the end of winter is the hardest and most time consuming part.

It's not even a surprise, this is from SpaceX s-1 document: only 7% of their estimated valuation is from Space related activities

In 2020 the US state and local governments spent $116 billion for the construction of roads and highways and $94 billion of operating costs.

If you just cancel half of the road construction projects of the year you get more than enough money to fund the connection of the 4 cities you described.
