There is no question that this violates doctor patient confidentiality and damages trust. Fuck no. Even if they fucking have to not take off their clothes NO.

The problem is not inherit to AI. The problem is with the people who own the tech and it will much worse if they also own a more efficient version of it. Not that it seems like an immediate threat and I am not even starting to consider the ethical problems with this.

I mean really the same problem with Monarchy. Once someone somehow gets on top very hard to remove them and their descendants from power even if the original person or their descendants are complete idiots.

it really depends on how desperate you are too.

because they probably fired the person who does it and filled the position with AI

number, that icon can be anything from %60 to %90

yeah same here, the worst it can do is get in some weird loops to resolve an issue which can normally be resolved by better prompting or pointing it in the correct direction. But it is pretty good with file handling and usage of temp folder. I usually let it do auto but ask it not to implement anything before having a discussion with me so it generally does stuff in scratchpads in temp. One thing annoying about Claude is though when you open the session in a folder to work on a small script it generally goes as "ok let me read everything recursively staring from four parents up to get the context." Probably can be handled with better config files but I just generally handle couple of initial request manually and then once it is in analysis mode I let it go auto

Yes but we still don't have ones that swoon over thirst traps repeatedly.

The solution? Flood Facebook with AI generated boomers and let the bot system implode and take facebook down with it.

I sort of imagine that it is used so much in everything that it became the basic level default.

I only donate from time to time but people who cancel recurring donations should write to them the reason as to why.

We should also mention he probably gained lots of money from low hanging non-ethical fruits like illegally providing user data to companies that analyse political motivations.
