Attributing to a single show a joke that I've been hearing since at least the mid-90s seems odd to me

It's not about the attribution, it's about reminding people when she said it, cuz she told it like she meant it. If you've seen the show it's fun to remember she said it, but it's also fun to just imagine her saying it. I mean like why say anything ever
