They can, but they can break their end of the contract at any point. Because if that, nobody wants a contract with a child because it is a bad deal.

I've seen the word thrown around a lot in a few places and had to spend sometime searching wtf it was. I still don't really understand but the wikipedia is a good place to start.

Seems like somekind of Minecraft om steroids or something. Never really played that ome either.
