landlords need to provide notice before entering the unit. many of them dont but theyre pieces of shit and deserve whats coming to them. like being bitten by a dog. or falling out a window.

I once sat in a graveyard in the rain for two hours with my cat in a box while my partner had a visit from the landlord. A homeless man met my cat and was very complimentary.
