"Sylvia Driskell’s lawsuit was dismissed just five days after she filed it in May 2015. U.S. District Judge John M. Gerrard ruled that the case lacked standing, federal jurisdiction, and a specific request for legal relief, stating that a federal court is not a forum for theological debate. The judge also denied Driskell the right to amend her complaint, declaring such an attempt would be futile".
