It's easy, if you're on windows just hit the window key and type "regedit". It will ask if you're sure, just say yes bc you want to learn.

After that just start clicking on things and changing values to see what happens. Learn by doing. You got this!

I just sort of assume most people will end up coming to that conclusion on their own once they see all the nonsense and gibberish it's full of. You can save thousands of bytes of hard drive space clearing all that crap out, and with the price of drives these days it's kind of crazy not to.
