Consenting while being incapable of consenting is still rape. If you have sex with someone that is drunk/high/intoxicated, and they say yes while under an influence, that is not consent. Having sex requires continual and ongoing consent, or else it is absolutely rape. In this case, Bear knows the wish has influenced her.

The date scene is only the 2nd moment she shows of any odd behavior, and that behavior is still relatively mild and within the realm of normal humans being human. The horror lies in the dramatic irony that we, the audience, know that is not the real Nikki while Bear does not.

Bear definitely knows the wish worked at this point. But, let's pretend he didn't: She is acting weird, beyond what would be considered normal, and he absolutely is exploiting her weird behavior to have sex with her. That is still not consent.
