Where did I say consumers can get refunds they didn't pay? You're reading comprehension is bad, I'm realizing I'm arguing with the uneducated and its a waste of time.

Because by your claims, consumers didn’t pay tariffs but they can absolutely get refunds for paying them. You should work on your reading comprehension and you would see how stupid you are. Clown
Again, the companies paid the vast majority, 99.99% plus. Very few regular people wrote checks to customs. Most tarrifs were paid by Amazon and Walmart and other companies importing the things to sell. If you paid them you do get a refund. But you didn't pay them. Did you write any checks to customs? Do you know anyone who did?
