Any intelligant person can tell when someone is projecting. Let's explain. When you pivot to something not at all in the conversation, you demonstrate that that's in your head. You show us your thoughts, you project them for all to see.
For example, when you out of nowhere pivoted to calling me poor just there. That is projecting. You thought it would make me feel bad. Why, because it would make you feel bad. You projected your own insecurity onto the wall for all to see.
