That's never sat right with me either.
The author is somewhat critical of what they're reporting on, the headline isn't their own stance.
Vivaldi is pretty neat, but as far as I understand it's a closed source Chromium browser. Its my back-up one for when Zen(/Firefox) is having issues with a page, which thankfully is infrequent.

New Outlook also really wants you to send files through onedrive. When dragging a file in you get two big fields to drop it into, one for actual attachment, the other for a onedrive link. After you go for the former, it has the gall to add another small banner with "upload to onedrive".
