Taking away phones is the adult thing to do, I don't know how many kids you've interacted with lately, but trust me, they're dumber than dogshit.

I'm pretty schools have enough phones and adults to have calling 911 covered many times over, with nary a student having a cell phone.

I know, I went to school before they existed. We did fine.

Yes, and let's never address the problems that cause so many school shootings.

We should only ever apply band-aids to wounds.

Well, as long as trees magically suck pollution out of the atmosphere in extremely high numbers, and sequester it for at least a few million years, that should be fine

Otherwise, we're probably fucked.

Slowly?

The number of hurricanes, floods, droughts, earthquakes and fires on all the news sources would indicate otherwise.

Darth Musk: Execute order... 69420!

Battle droids begin running around with pretend chainsaws saying "don't I look cool mom?"

Lobot: And that's why he's the richest man in the galaxy

Chewbacca: You don't talk

Well, whenever trump is in office, they start printing the things like crazy.

Turns out inflation exists, literally no one knew about this until just now

I'm glad I don't know more about aviation and human nature so I don't have to worry about this as much as it probably warrants.

People who are used to not facing real consequences, directing 200-ton metal tubes full of humans through the air above us?

Probably fine.

Do you ever stare at them for 26.372 minutes?

I think I would rather invest in some sort of cockamamie system that deploys drones to drape giant tarps over the trees or something.

Anti-hail cannons sound a bit silly.

It makes sense, and I think he also (or maybe only) used the term "dope light" which I figured had something to do with drugs.

Linguistics are so interesting.

"The Internet of the future will be amazing! People will use it to voluntarily enrich their minds, and freedom and peace will reign!"

Actually: Nazis

Which is hilarious, cops showing up to talk to someone about violence.

Like, is anyone ever gonna sit the cops down and have a chat about how many innocent people they actually kill every year?
