I saw this on a few sysadmin posts, from what I saw and what people described I have a theory that it was an unexpected interaction.

Those with the deletion had a expiration date for the donation licenses past the July '26 deadline. That shouldn't have happened as far as I can tell from the notification email. We had some of these, but I think the difference was the presence of other licenses.

Those with only the 10 donations and none of the other free licenses, would have become unlicensed when they were removed. There is a cool off for deletions, but if the licence had the wrong expiration, then the deadline date might have been set from the original expiration. Due to the incorrect extension that date might then have been in the past. Leading to the wrong deletions.

I have no way to confirm any of that and ms are not going to admit it. I don't think it was malicious, but is still a appalling show from Microsoft.

It converts it from being something someone said, into something you can point at and say "we have evidence of it happening."

It was great when I first got it, but I ended but getting fatigued with it. New releases wanted time investment, but the rising costs meant I felt I should play more stuff. In the end everything I wanted to play required time and I felt that I was no longer getting value out of it. It would have cost less to not have it and just buy the game for some titles.

Remember that white goods typically have longer warranties, so don't forget to use it if needed! After I convinced my parents to do it, the tech said it was a design issue and ended up replacing the heater with a larger one (I didn't even know they had them.)

I am the only one that does not have this issue? I run a nail along the surface, then you can tell which way the tape is by the direction of the bump.

Na that won't work, it's carriage return, then new line. Otherwise it's not a line break, just just a line suggestion.

Pretty sure windows has supported installing drivers that include program installs since windows 7. Razor mice also do the same thing where it auto installs the control software.

I do too, but like much less than my ripped files.

This is why the EU went with a 100g section. You can just read that to see the relative differences between products. Us definitely did a better job of making it readable. Some allowed formats are just mushed up text.
