There's literally no correlation between those two things.
I didn't get the theory. The world cup groups are defined in a televised draw. Are you saying that the draw is fixed?
If that is the case, it doesn't make much sense. You also don't really "watch" anything in the halftime break.
They are corrupt, but that has nothing to do with organizing the world cup so one specific team will win it.

So you're one of the enlightened geniuses that believe that Argentina's World Cup was not legitimate, huh? You do realize that all of the teams have to be on board for that to happen, right? Even if they were, it would still be incredibly hard to coordinate (if not impossible). They won, and deserved it. Deal with it.
