I'd probably go retro, use something like Dillo and stick to more classic webpages. Or go full Gopher/Gemini.

Instead of uBlock Origin rather use AdNauseam. It's basically uBlock Origin, but it "clicks" on the blocked ads so the ad networks still have to pay website owners.
