I've learnt to move on from things very quickly now. For example I see a news article that interests me and click on it. I have 'accept cookies' or 'reject and pay'. Immediately I close it and manage to completely forget I even read the headline.

If you're going to be paying for a music streaming service, you may as well go for YT premium as you get other things for barely any extra cost. Otherwise I don't see the value.
I'm in the process of going local and replacing YT music though.
