I guess they're out of ideas. When the original idea was to listen to shit in your ear.

eSports. Particularly cs2 formerly known as csgo. I haven't played it since July 2019 due to my gaming PC passing away and being unable to afford a new one.

I still watch all the majors.

Bots, AI, misinformation/disinformation, hatred, predators and depressed people.

My mental health has thrived having deleted my meta account last year.

If racist hate and discrimination can't be moderated and taken care of, it must be shut down in its entirety.

It's no different than Nazism and people handing out paper flyers, also illegal. It must be treated as such to uphold any semblance of decent moral fabric throughout an interconnected world.

"I know what I got" for a 2006 model is actually valid when dealerships track your car to the second in earth coordinates and can disable your a/c unless you subscribe to the feature nowadays.

Every boardroom has their price.

Someday.

Reddit thinks they're an exclusivity club nowadays. Love that mentality for them, just a platform full of bots, misinformation purposed for political polarization.

They wouldn't even let me delete my account last week, "errors occured" so I just uninstalled. Good riddance.

I have discontinued many subscription based services due to all the price hiking and/or changing features I originally paid for.

Reading headlines like this always reassures me I've made the right choice. I used to pay for Amazon Prime (and the other sub channels that had content I enjoyed), Netflix, Spotify, Crave+Sportsnet. All of it replaced by YouTube Premium which I do get most of my money out of with its features including ad free music.

It's been a couple years since I closed all my premium subscriptions and every so often I'll get an email asking me to rejoin for 5.99 for 3 months and regular pricing thereafter (or similar price points), which only tells me the price hiking isn't at all vital, it's having your credit card information. It's simple greed.
