Incorrect. Sometimes frenchises are revived because someone haa a really neat idea which I think was the case this time. I expected nothing and what I got was a clever, funny and heartwarming movie with a real message. I really recommend giving it a chance, for me it was a lot better than Toy Story 3 and 4.
If they want to push Bing so hard I wonder why didn't they just show you the local results first and then asynchronously load Bing suggestions in a separate section. It would make good UX while still promoting their search engine.

I'm not American and I see stuff about flock cameras everywhere. Can you ELI5 what are they about? Are they a speed camera registry that saves the video to a centralized database?
