Yes there is an important difference. If you paid customs you paid the terrifs and you get the refund. If you paid UPS, you reimbursed ups for the tarrif they paid to customs, and they get the refund.

The difference is who gets the refund, that's the whole thing we're talking about.

I understand what you're saying, but when you pay that import duty, are you paying customs directly? Or are you paying UPS to pay customs?

Right, but who did you pay it to? If you paid Customs directly, you paid the terrifs, of you paid UPS they paid they tarrif and you just reimbursed them. There's an important difference.

If you paid FedEx or UPS then you did not pay the tarrifs directly. They paid the terrifs, you reimbursed them. So they will get them back. It's seeming like a lot of people who reimbursed companies for tarrifs think they actually directly paid terrifs themselves.

They still weren't paying the tarrifs though, they were reimbursing them. If they were truly paying them they would have paid the government not UPS.

If you paid them directly then you are entitled to refunds.

I did it on mine and it was awesome. I told my brother I could do it for him, sliced the foil and started a lithium fire in the house. Threw the battery on a plate and carried it into the front yard while burning out.

But half of the appeal of the hacked psps is that it is an emulation machine. These folks aren't so stoked on just psp games.

I don't quite get it. I love my psps, I rocked my hacked psps for years, the but the pocket sized Linux handhelds have gotten so good and cheap. Way smaller, more powerful, and a better screen can be had for like $150.

This will be so fun, making real images that look so uncanny, but when they come after you, you say prove it fucker.

I've said this a million times. The llms are not better, than us they are infinatly faster. It's like putting 1000 engineers full time on looking for vulnerabilities for 10 years. Sure you can do that. Or pay for the tokens instead and do the same effort overnight.
