Yeah they are, but it's also selfish as fuck as they aren't exactly quiet or discrete. Have some respect for neighbours, because while some are just getting pissed off with the noise, others could be having PTSD triggered or who knows what else.

Funny as I read this while wishing I had brought a hoodie with me to the office. I've been here for 10 minutes and my back is tense and it's going to ruin my acclimation to summer.
The sheer volume of people I've encountered through numerous jobs that are on high wages but lack basic skills astounds me.
