The one sole good thing about Scrum, is that it normalises the idea that you should be regularly talking with your coworkers about how it's going and what to do next.
The problem is all the rest of the shit it adds on top ; and the fact it forces you to talk to them way, way more often than necessary.

Ah yeah I got this, I just set the app not to launch at computer startup. Thankfully Linux is unaffected and that's what I almost always use.
Man, we had it right from 1998 to 2001, it only went downhill after that...
