i assume you mean recruiting companies? it doesnt seem like every company uses them. or its the software license that screens out/hires applicants? seems the latter is more common.
pre-pandemic, i actually tried applying through (when someone takes a picture of job hiring sign , with email contact) and uploads it to the job sites, nope, no responses at all, why bother putting it up if they are never going to look at thier email. one chain near me does job fairs so they hire people as fast as they can, but i doubt most places are like this.
assuming you get past the AI being used to screen out more candidates than before the pandemic. and then we have users spamming them with AI generated resumes.
anything they dont like, or make them thinks uncomfortable of the contrary to thier beliefs.
i find odd that the pharm job(not pharmacist) require so much invasive datamining in cali to get a stupid license for such a underpaid job, they do all the dirty work pharmacists dont do.

where is that survey source you got, i seriously doubt it, almost every right winger criticizes the site as not being right wing enough.
and building more and more datacenters, replacing AI chips faster and faster, the more people use it.
