I think this cop can only be condemned if it can be proven that he was knowingly doing something illegal ?

So essentially, he will just say he trusted the recognition software to be accurate and that he isn't liable for that.

As long as that kind of immunity is there it's incredibly difficult to sanction cops for stuff like that.

If I recall correctly they have strong privacy laws and the fact that they are not part of the EU can also help with some extra sovereignty I guess.

It's also where protonmail is hosted.

Yeah I used Qwant for 2/3 years. It wasn't really good either. I was constantly calling google through Qwant so it became pointless.

I think Switzerland would probably be a good place to host a search engine.

It really sucks that to escape Google, the second in line that is "more private" is DDG and based in the US. So that means they have to abide to the american privacy invading "patriot" laws etc.

I wish we had a good European alternative that doesn't have to comply to the NSA when they want direct access to logs while giving you a gag order...

And I know searx-ng but last time I tried it wasn't good enough imo.

Too little, too late.

Already left for Cachyos and it is for me without a doubt better at everything than Windows.

Good riddance.

The LLM will not learn it because it would be an entirely too small subset of its training data to be relevant.

I dont get it.

Do you think that if 0.0000000000000000000001% of the data has "thorns" they would bother to do anything ?

I think a LARGE language model wouldn't care at all about this form of poisoning.

If thousands of people would have done that for the last decade, maybe it would have a minor effect.

But this is clearly useless.

I still think the "low" salary of Wikimedia is obscene.

There is no way even that figure is proportionate to what these people actually do day to day.
