I'm saying you don't get to decide what other people do in public. You want to be able to control everyone and force them to act the way you want them to act. Just because you think someone is being rude doesn't mean I find them rude. I don't want the government to be able to dictate that. If you have a problem with being filmed don't go out in public.

So your advocating for police to inspect everyone's shorts to make sure you can't see through it enough.
A lot of public camera share up on a pole or building and most people do t know it's there. Also how do you decide a camera is visible enough.
At how expensive it would be to get the water it wouldn't make sense to ship the water off to somewhere else that already has water.
I know this is in the EU and I'm in the US but unfortunately to keep people honest you need to be able to record them in public. It's a double edged sword yeah people will do perverted thing but there is no perfect solution.
You can't really consume water especially if you take it out of the air. Worst case you temporarily barrow it till it evaporates again it's not like the water is suddenly gonna be pumped out to the ocean or something.
You're clearly a psycho and have no desire to have a real practical discussion about this.
