Is it normal to refer to Taiwanese RAM manufacturers as "Western"?

I'm glad they distinguish it from China obviously, but calling G.Skill and MSI Western feels kinda weird.

Well, you see, there are dozens of adhesive manufacturers willing to pay for advertising or top indexing, while any medical research that could incidentally mention gender or race has its funding set on fire by the US government.

Bernie's plan for government control of AI companies made a lot of sense in this regard. And would mean those vast scanned libraries were public domain, or at least publicly stewarded.

The implied part of VTOL is that it's only vertical for takeoff and landing, and otherwise primarily a horizontally propelled craft.
